Earlier this year we worked with Superfast Business, an initiative supported by the European Regional Development Fund, to upgrade to superfast, high-speed fibre broadband connections. Looking back we only wish that we’d done it sooner!
Our engineers can now always count on reliable, real-time access to our back office systems and the information they need to instantly deal with customer queries whilst on the road. The outcome? A better service for our customers – not to mention happier engineers!
We’re now working with the support of Superfast Business to finish the implementation of a new CRM system that will leverage our improved internet connectivity and help us to provide an even better service for our customers.
