Working with Superfast Business* we’ve upgraded to high-speed fibre broadband and are completing the installation of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This reflects our ongoing commitment to providing our customers with a first class service. Staff will now have improved real-time access to essential information that will help answer customer queries instantly and ensure we deliver services as efficiently as possible.
