Last month we welcomed 6 new apprentices to join our award-winning Gregor Heating Apprentice Scheme.
Over the course of this year we will be following Dan, David, Sam, Anton, Will and Isaac on their journey with us.
Here Anton and Sam share with us some information about how they heard about the scheme and why they wanted to be part of it:
Introducing Anton Furlong
Age: 17
‘I decided to be an apprentice as I see it as an efficient and good way of learning. I heard about this opportunity with Gregor when I was down at the Bristol Rovers Football Ground. I am most excited about the diverse work I will be doing as part of the apprenticeship. When I am not at work, I will be keeping myself busy playing football and performing Muay Thai Kickboxing.’
Introducing Sam Taylor
Age:17
‘A friend told me about the Gregor Apprenticeship scheme, and I decided to apply as I know I learn best whilst working on the job. With the role I am most excited about working on different things and being in new places all whilst learning things I didn’t previously know. When the day is done, I will be playing football or down the gym!’
